solos intro - foundational mindful movement. 3 x 60 min sessions. Easy, relaxed classes over 3 consecutive weeks. A new course begins on the first Wednesday of each month

Currently being offered by request as a private group via Zoom - max 4 people 


solos 3 - chocolate meditation + mindfulness + mindful movement fundamentals, + introductory flow + full flow, 3 x 75 min sessions or 1/2 day escape
